TOURNAMENT Rules / FAQ's
These Game Rules and FAQs comprise an integral part of the Terms & Conditions i.e. the Agreement. Capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as prescribed to them in the Terms & Conditions i.e. the Agreement.
The term "Agreement" shall mean and constitute terms & conditions expressly set out in (a)Terms & Conditions, (b) the Privacy Policy, (c) the Game Rules, and (d) the FAQs, as maybe issued/amended from time to time.
By participating in the Freeroll Tournaments (“Tournament”) as available on the Platform, the User(s) agree to be bound by these Games Rules & FAQs and the Agreement.
TOURNAMENTS
1. Tournament Details
Details of each tourney(date, entry, prize pool, time slots, winners, etc.) are available in the respective Tournament Tabs.
2. Registration
- Registration for each Tournament will open one day before the scheduled start time or it will be mentioned in tourney details.
- Seats are limited per tournament and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Prizes
- Prize pools are fixed as per Tournament details.
- Top 100 players in each event will receive prizes, ranging from cash rewards to physical prizes (e.g., Amazon Firestick).
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, unless specified.
- Delivery timelines for physical rewards may vary and will be communicated to winners.
- The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion, and shall have the final say in (a) ascertaining the winners/ User(s), (b) issuance of prizes, (c) meaning and interpretation of any terms of the Agreement.
4. Fair Play & Restrictions
- No multiple accounts allowed. If multiple accounts are found, the Company may, at its sole discretion, disqualify the user from the Tournament.
- User(s) must not engage in collusion, fraud, or unfair practices (such as playing from the same IP address to manipulate outcomes).
- The Company reserves the right to block players from playing together, cancel winnings, or suspend accounts in case of suspicious activity.
5. Technical Issues
- T he Company shall not be responsible for any internet or network issues at the User's end.
6. One Account, One Device Policy
- During the Tournament Period, a user account can be accessed from only one device (mobile/desktop/tablet).
- If multiple devices are used to access the same account during the Tournament, winnings may be invalidated.
- Similarly, if multiple accounts are accessed from the same device, winnings may be disqualified.
- The Company's decision under this policy shall be final and binding.
7. Company Rights
- The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Tournament or its terms without prior notice.
- The Company's decision in all matters related to the Tournament shall be final and binding.
8. TDS
- TDS Section: 194BA for all cash payouts
- Physical gifts: TDS can be borne by company for smaller gifts (say under 5K)

Q1. Do I need to pay any entry fee to join the Freeroll Tournaments?
No. participation is completely free for freeroll tournaments
Q2. How do I register for the tournaments?
Registration opens prior to the tournament start time, Details will be in the tourney structure.
Q3. Who can participate?
Open to all registered users of the Platform above 18 years of age, residing in states where online rummy is legally permitted.
Q4. How will I know if I win?
Winners will be notified through in-app messages, and the results will be displayed on the tournament leaderboard after completion.
Q5. When will the prizes be credited?
- Cash prizes will be credited to the winner's A23 account immediately after the tournament ends.
- Physical prizes will be dispatched within 15 days of winner confirmation.
Q6. Can I exchange a physical prize for cash?
No. Physical prizes are non-transferable and cannot be encashed unless otherwise specified.
Q7. What happens if I get disconnected during play?
In case of internet disconnection or device issues on the player's end, the platform will not be responsible. Players must ensure stable connectivity during the tournament.
Q8. Can I register with more than one account?
No. Multiple registrations or use of multiple accounts will lead to immediate disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.
Q9. How many winners will there be?
Each tournament will reward the top winners, as per the prize structure mentioned in the tournament.
Q10. How long does the tournament run?
Details will be mentioned in the respective tourney structure.
Q11. What happens if I tie with another player in terms of score?
If players tie with the same score, the prize will be distributed as per the platform's predefined rules. This may include splitting the prize or deciding based on previous rounds or other factors.
Q12. If a premium player wins a tourney, where can he view his tourney winnings?
