Follow the below steps to find your username or set a new password
- Go to Forgot Username/Forgot Password page.
- Enter your registered mobile number or email.
- You will get an OTP through SMS/Email. Enter the OTP and Submit
- You will get your username.
- Login in to A23 Plus App using the username. If you would like to keep a new password, enter the new password and proceed.
T&C Gift Voucher
- Gift Voucher Amount varies from player to player based on past account activity.
- Only one Voucher code is applicable per player.
- Holder of the Voucher is deemed to be beneficiary.
- Gift Voucher cannot be re-validated once expired.
- Gift Voucher is subject to terms and conditions of the company.
- Chips are Non-Redeemable i.e. cannot be exchanged for Cash.
- Any dispute with Gift Voucher should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company will be final.
