Your A23 account password is the first line of defense towards the safety and security of your personal and financial information & hence we request you to ensure your password meets the following security guidelines:
Your password should be:
- At least 8 characters long.
- Composed of random letters,alphabets and special characters
- Should meet atleast 3 conditions of the following
- A small case alphabet (a-z)
- A capital case alphabet (A-Z)
- A number (0-9)
- A special character
- Permitted special characters are !$()*+-.;=?@[]^_{ | }~
Your password should not be:
- Similar to your first name, last name, email and username.
- Not be same as your past passwords
- Not contain common strings, consecutive numbers
- Should not be same as your password with other web accounts
Other Guidelines:
- Don't share your password with others & never reuse old passwords.
- The longer the password the harder it is to crack.
- Change your password often- at least once in every 90 days.
- Refrain from writing down password or saving it in the browser.
- Create passwords that are easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess.
- Avoid login to A23 account via public computers. For ex- internet cafe, office etc.
- Before you change your password, make sure your email address and mobile number is up to date. A23 uses your email address and mobile number for all communications.
