I PRELIMINARY
This Tourney/game/program is being conducted by Head Digital Works Private Limited "A23") on the A23 Poker mobile application "Platform")
By participating in this Tourney/game/program, the user ("User", "You", "Your") agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions ("T&C"); A23 Terms and Conditions, A23 Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform. The terms that are not defined in this T&C shall have the same meaning as provided in the A23 Terms and Conditions, A23 Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation.
II PROGRAM DETAILS
Rakeback is a rewards program where Users receive a percentage of the Service Charge that they are charged while playing poker Cash Games on our Platform based on their rakeback level. Rakeback means the Service Charge that is given back to a User. Rakeback levels are tiers that determine the percentage of rakeback a User receives. Higher Rakeback levels offer increased percentages of rakeback based on accumulated rake in eligible tables. Eligible tables shall be visible to the Users on the Rakeback page on the Platform. The percentages on rakeback is as provided below:

This means that for every Rs 1 raked by the user, they receive 10 rakeback points.
Users advance to higher rakeback levels by earning more Rakeback point ranges on or before 00:00 hours of every Monday of a calendar week. The criteria for each level is available on the A23 Poker website and the Platform. A User earns rakeback points by playing the poker Cash Games on the Platform.
At 00:00 hours of every Monday, the points earned by a User till that time would be reset to zero points. At this stage, the Player will be entitled to retain the level she/he/they was/were playing at (i.e. L1, L2 etc.) if she/he/they has/have at least seventy-five percentage (75%) of the minimum required rakeback points in the level he/she/they was/were playing at. If the User is not able to achieve the required points, then such Player would be demoted by one level.
Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the program system may result in the suspension of the player's account and forfeiture of rewards.
The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, its terms, or eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated through the Rakeback page on the Platform and the Poker website.
A23 reserves the sole right to determine the level and the points being accorded to a User in the program. The terms for determining the levels of users and point allocations shall be amended by A23 at its sole discretion. In case of dispute the decision of A23 shall be final and binding on the users.
III OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This program cannot be played in the "Restricted territories" as specified in the A23 Terms and Conditions.
This program is open only to Indian citizens who are residing in India (except in the Restricted Territories).
Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with local gaming regulations. Participation in the program is subject to these regulations.
This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Participation in the program is voluntary.
Conducting the program shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the program may be withdrawn at the discretion of the A23.
A23 in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the program at any time. In case of any dispute, the decision of A23 shall be final and binding on the Users.
This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Hyderabad shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
